Know Thyself, through the life you are living.

At the heart of Soul 101 is this understanding: you are a Soul living a human life. Beneath your roles, your history, and the expectations you have learned to carry, there is a deeper you to get to know.

 

Many of us have pondered what our "purpose" is or "why we are here" and we often imagine that to be some grand gesture, career or achievement. From the Soul's perspective, every Soul's life purpose is simply to “Know Thyself.”  But, how do we do that? Through experience: through what draws our curiosity, what lights us up, what challenges us, and what we feel along the way.

This is where Soul 101’s teachings come together. Emotional literacy helps us recognize and understand our feelings, including their connection to our beliefs, needs, and experiences. Astrology offers an energetic language through which we explore patterns, possibilities, and our individual ways of moving through life.

 

Together, these practices invite us to pay attention, to notice what feels true to us, question what we have simply accepted, and make more conscious choices.
